"I can't do this alone. 106 targets. 6 tiers. International nodes. Gallery. White-label. ESG. Closed loop. Compliance partnerships. The traditional model: buy material, process it, store it, sell it, wait for payment. Weeks. Months. My model: receive material, verify it, pay £200 upfront, return verified material same day. Hours. That's not faster. That's a different category. I don't need a warehouse. I need a door. I don't need inventory. I need throughput. The speed is not an improvement. It's the whole point. But I can't be the only one closing deals. I need people who work on my behalf."
That is the doctrine. Same-day in-and-out is the category. The army is the deployment layer. Tomorrow you assign the first territory and you stop being the only door.
| Element | Detail |
|---|---|
| Definition | A geographic area (postcode, city, county, country) assigned to one operator. |
| Owner | The Node Operator. Not you. They own their territory economically. |
| Your role | Provide the system: Carrot, deed, dPRN, Truth Ledger, covenant. |
| Their role | Run the territory: find suppliers, offer Carrot, verify material, issue deeds, build local team. |
| Revenue | 80% of tonnage revenue from their territory. You keep 20% + dPRN value + data. |
They want to own their own thing. You give them a territory. Their rules — within the covenant. They keep 80%. They build a local team. They scale without you. That's not delegation. That's multiplication.
| Territory | Area | First Node Operator |
|---|---|---|
| West Midlands | Birmingham · Wolverhampton · Coventry · Dudley · Sandwell · Walsall · Solihull | You (temporary — Unit 18 anchor) |
| North West | Manchester · Liverpool · Preston · Blackburn | OPEN |
| Yorkshire | Leeds · Sheffield · Bradford · Hull | OPEN |
| North East | Newcastle · Sunderland · Middlesbrough | OPEN |
| East Midlands | Leicester · Nottingham · Derby · Northampton | OPEN |
| South West | Bristol · Exeter · Plymouth · Swindon | OPEN |
| South East | London · Reading · Brighton · Southampton | OPEN |
| Special Nodes | Construction vertical (national) · Nigeria · Portugal · USA · Belgium · South Africa | Craig · Akin · Dario · Craig/Anthony · Bram · Lourens |
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Target tonnes / month | 100 |
| Carrot upfront paid to suppliers (£200 × 100) | £20,000 |
| dPRN value (£450 × 100) | £45,000 |
| Gross (dPRN − Carrot) | £25,000 |
| 7% Covenant first | £3,150 |
| Net after Covenant | £21,850 |
| Node Operator (80%) | £17,480 / month |
| You keep (20%) | £4,370 / month + full dPRN value + data |
The Node Operator earns £17,480/month. You earn £4,370/month from that one territory — and you didn't do any of the work. Multiply by seven UK territories + special nodes and the maths writes itself.
| Role | Mission | Pay | Who |
|---|---|---|---|
| Carrot Closer | Phone suppliers · book meetings · close Carrot deals | £950/month + £50 per closed deal | Immediate hires |
| Node Operator | Own a postcode · city · region · run territory | 80% of territory revenue | Territory owners |
| Territory General | Run a region · delegate beneath them | 80% of region revenue (minus sub-nodes) | Senior operators |
| Time | Action |
|---|---|
| 06:00 | Print the territory table. Assign West Midlands to yourself. Mark others OPEN. |
| 07:00 | Generate the one-page Territory Node Agreement (use §8 below). Leave blanks for names. |
| 08:00 | Identify first three Carrot Closers. Offer £950/month + £50 per closed deal. Training Tuesday. |
| 09:00 | Call Craig. Confirm construction vertical as special node — national, no territory. |
| 10:00 | Call Akin (Nigeria). Call Dario (Portugal). Their countries are theirs. |
| 11:00 | Publish the Hit-List to dashboard — all 106 targets, all 6 tiers. |
| 12:00 | Record the 2-hour training video. Upload to /carrot-training. |
| 13:00 | Open territories for application. First come, first served. 80% revenue. No upfront fee. |
| 14:00 | First Carrot Closer starts calls. You shadow. You close the first deal together. |
| 15:00 | First deed issued. Photograph it. Post it. "Day one. Territory one. Deal one." |
| 16:00 | 30 minutes alone. Read the closing line below out loud. |
Fill in the four fields. The page will produce a printable, signable one-page Territory Node Agreement plus a forecast of the operator's monthly economics. Hand the print-out over tomorrow and start.
"In and out same day. No holding. No storage. No waiting. You don't sell it. You give it back. That's not faster. That's a different category. No one else can do this. The speed is undeniable. Everyone's gonna love it. But I can't do it alone. I need people on my behalf. Call them Node Operators. Call them Carrot Closers. Call them Territory Generals. The name is less important than the function. They run their spot. I run the system. Tomorrow I set it up. Tomorrow I assign territories. Tomorrow I train them. Tomorrow I launch. Then I watch them build their own kingdoms within my kingdom." 👑🌍
The EGZ4 Bounty Portal already runs performance-based acquisition — bounty contractors get paid per outcome (per prospect uploaded, per campaign converted, per closed activity). The Territory Node model adds the geographic layer on top of the same army. Same people, same engine, two complementary pay-shapes:
| Bounty Contract (existing) | Territory Node (this MD) |
|---|---|
| Pay shape: per outcome (per prospect, per close, per campaign) | Pay shape: 80% of all tonnage revenue from a defined area |
| Best for: hunters · cold-callers · short bursts | Best for: builders · regional owners · long horizons |
| Risk: low to centre — pay only on result | Risk: shared — node carries cost, you carry the standard |
| Door it opens: a meeting, a list, a signed lead | Door it opens: a tonne, a deed, a relationship |
One army. Four rungs. Bounties are the audition; territories are the ownership. Anyone you sign on a bounty contract this week can be promoted to a Node by month three if they perform — that path needs to be visible in the offer letter from day one so the right people stay.
Field test: when a candidate walks in, ask "Do you want the bounty (paid per result) or the territory (own a region)?" Their answer tells you whether they belong in /bounty-portal or in this generator above. Both answers are right answers — they just go through different doors of the same army.
