Two Products.
One System.
The Circularity Deed™ and the ESG Dream™ — formally sealed. The entry door and the full relationship. Two commercial products built on the same verified infrastructure. Everything is already in the system. This document names it, frames it, and makes it deployable.

Section 01 — The Frame · Why Two Products?
One System. Two Entry Points. Different Clients Need Different Doors.
Not every supermarket, manufacturer, or EPR-liable business is ready for a full operational change on day one. Some need time. Some have existing contracts. Some have procurement processes that take 12 months. The Circularity Deed™ exists for all of them. It requires nothing of them operationally. They keep their existing setup. They receive a dPRN certificate at fixed £450/tonne, verified compliance documentation, and a three-pillar ESG report — without anyone touching a single logistics arrangement.
The ESG Dream™ is for the client who is ready. Ready to close the loop. Ready to send their plastic to a facility, receive it back as pellets, put it back on their shelves, document the food surplus, publish the 40-meals impact. Ready to become a case study rather than a client.
Both products are built on the same system. The Truth Ledger. The dPRN at £450/tonne. The Merry Hill Shopping Centre facility. The Physical Loop Amendment. The Food Surplus Portal. The SHA-256 audit trail. Nothing was built twice. The Deed uses one layer. The Dream uses all of them.

Section 05 — Sovereign Compliance Principles · SCP 2200–2203
SCP-2200 — The Two-Door Principle
Every client gets two doors. One for compliance. One for everything.
No client is forced into the full relationship before they are ready. The Circularity Deed™ is the first door — always open, always low friction, always available. The ESG Dream™ is the second door — available when the client is ready, positioned as an upgrade not a replacement. The two-door model ensures maximum reach: every EPR-liable business in the UK can say yes to the Deed. Only the most committed ones move to the Dream. But both doors lead into the same system.
SCP-2201 — No Contradiction, Only Progression
The Deed does not compete with the Dream. It precedes it.
The Circularity Deed™ and the ESG Dream™ are not two competing products fighting for the same client. They are two stages of the same relationship. Every ESG Dream™ client was once a Deed client — or should have been. The progression is: compliance certificate → trust built → full partnership offered → Dream signed. The Deed does not cost the Dream a single client. It creates them.
SCP-2202 — The Supermarket Entry Strategy
Asda is the anchor. The Deed is the conversation. The Dream is the destination.
Asda faces EPR-liable packaging waste at scale. The Circularity Deed™ is the entry conversation — no disruption to existing contracts, pure compliance value-add. Once Asda's sustainability team has the certificate in their ESG report, the door to the full ESG Dream™ is open. Merry Hill Shopping Centre is the physical proof point — a real postcode, a real facility, a real chain of custody from their waste to their shelves.
SCP-2203 — Existing Partnerships Are Not Threatened
The Deed works alongside whoever is already there.
A supermarket may have a 3-year contract with a waste management company. The Circularity Deed™ does not require that contract to end. We provide the dPRN certificate on top of whatever arrangement already exists. We do not collect. We do not touch the logistics. We provide compliance proof and ESG documentation. This makes the Deed frictionless — it can be signed in weeks, not quarters, because no existing relationship is threatened. The existing partnership stays. We add the sovereign compliance layer on top of it.

Section 07 — What You Say · Use It Exactly
⚡ The Sovereign Statement · When Anyone Asks About Your Supermarket Products
"Two products. Same system.
Circularity Deed™ — the dPRN certificate. Fixed £450 per tonne. You keep your existing contractor. Nothing changes operationally. You get verified compliance proof, a three-pillar ESG report, and a SHA-256 audit trail that HMRC and the Environment Agency will accept without question. We work alongside whatever arrangement you already have. Easy to say yes to. Zero disruption.
ESG Dream™ — the full package. We collect your plastic. We process it into pellets at our Merry Hill facility. You get first right to buy your own material back. Every tonne converts to 40 meals for the community. We collect your food surplus. You get a published community impact report. One partner. One invoice. Zero gaps in the chain of custody.
Deed gets you compliant.
Dream gets you everything.
You choose. I deliver."
Connected Documents
Every large supermarket, every major EPR-liable manufacturer, every logistics company with packaging waste — they all have existing contracts. Some are 1-year agreements. Some are 5-year framework contracts. The standard sales objection for any new waste management partner is: "We can't change our contractor right now." The Circularity Deed™ answers that objection before it is asked. "You don't have to change anything. We sit on top of what you already have."
This is the strategic genius of the two-product architecture. The Deed eliminates the primary objection that blocks every waste management sales conversation. It converts a complex, multi-stakeholder procurement decision into a simple compliance purchase. One signature on the PSA. £450/tonne. Zero disruption. Immediate ESG value.
The ESG Dream™ then becomes a natural evolution — not a switch, an upgrade. When the client's sustainability team sees the Deed generating verified ESG impact in their annual report, the question writes itself: "What would the full package look like?" That question is the beginning of the Dream.
The food surplus element deserves specific attention. The Supermarket Portal already has a live food surplus logging system. The food surplus capability is not a future feature — it is live and operational today. Every day a supermarket partner logs surplus food, they are generating meals data that goes into the ESG report. That data is already in the system. The ESG Dream™ does not promise this — it delivers it from day one.
Two products. One system. Every element operational. Nothing missing. Lock it in.
