§7What This Trilogy Proves
The floor is real. £450 is not a forecast — it's anchored above £228.82 (PPT) and aligned below £455 (EPR).
The flow is governed. Four tiers, 30-day review, £200 anchor that never breaks. Bonus is always added, never deducted.
The cascade is conservative. £118.50/tonne to the 50/50 split is the figure after Covenant — bonuses and ABL leverage are upside.
The wind is direction-locked. All three regulatory currents (PPT, EPR, PRN reform) are moving in our favour. The trilogy doesn't fight the regulation — it surfs it.
