The Three Games Doctrine.

CircularOS runs three games on one prediction engine. Each game opens a different door. The engine underneath is real — dPRN, Carrot, Covenant, £450 floor, 40-meals-per-tonne. The games are how the doctrine teaches itself.

§1 · The Three Games

Every game runs on the same engine: real CircularOS economics. The difference is who walks through which door — and what they learn on the way out.

§2 · The Same Engine

All three games sit on the same economic substrate. The numbers are not invented:

  • £450 = 1 dPRN floor (sealed)
  • £200/t = Carrot recurring rate
  • £225/t + £200 = Emergency rate
  • 7% = Covenant first-charge
  • 40 = meals funded per tonne
  • 100 = scenarios per agent test (Arena)
  • 6 = scenarios in Business Game
  • 5 = quiz questions in Impact Game
  • 1,000 = plays per real meal funded

§3 · The Belt System (Game 1)

Eight belts · in order: White → Yellow → Orange → Green → Blue → Purple → Brown → Black. Promotion requires ≥90% on the latest 100-scenario test AND MOT Referee approval. Black belt unlocks live ecosystem integration.

§4 · The MOT Referee

Centre of the Arena. Largest tile (2×2). Gold radial gradient. The watcher of watchers — the agent that issues belts, flags drift, decides who proves themselves and who falls back. The Referee never gets a belt because the Referee IS the belt system. Originally MOT Agent MOT — now merged into the Arena as Game 1's central operator.

§5 · The Business Game Engine

Six nodes. Each node has input fields tied to your real numbers (tonnes, %, capacity, audits/yr). The engine returns a projection — not a guess: cost, dPRNs minted, Covenant amount, payback months, dividend share. Insight string at the bottom translates the numbers into plain English. Six wins = free ESG Audit.

§6 · The Impact Game Engine

Daily Challenge (guess today's tonnes), Quiz (5 questions on circular economy doctrine), Leaderboard (opt-in email), Live Meal Ticker (1,000 plays = 1 real meal). Reward ladder: Bronze (500pts) · Silver (1,500) · Gold (3,000) · Sovereign Recognition (10,000).

§7 · Cross-Navigation

Every game's nav bar carries links to the other two. Players can hop. The doctrine is one — the entry point is choice.

§8 · The Sealed Line

Three games. Three purposes. Three doors. Agent Arena: my AI agents compete, level up, prove themselves. Business Game: companies learn, play, become clients. Social Impact Game: the public plays, points fund meals, impact grows. Build them in that order. That's not gamification. That's ecosystem activation.
