Ten generals have been selected. Their positions are sealed, their equity is reserved, and their pages are live. They are officially part of the Red Team.
The keys have not yet been distributed. They are coming — imminently. When a member receives their key, they access this system through their own personal PIN code (RED1 through RED10). This is not the sovereign login. It is a separate, purpose-built access layer.
There is no security breach. The sovereign operational core (ledgers, financials, internal dynamics) remains entirely separated from what the generals can see. Their pages are their workspace, not the engine room.
Current phase: 3-Month Research Programme. Every general is on the same road map: Month 1 learn, Month 2 work, Month 3 bring clients in.

Access control is enforced server-side. PIN gate and sovereign login are separate sessions with separate capabilities. No cross-contamination.
VMT doctrine, SDV 18 checkpoints, dPRN £450/t, fee dynamics, 3 free courses, shadow one verification. They learn why this works before they touch a client.
Gallery Pipeline jobs, one outreach campaign, one SDV assist, first VMT log, KPI submission, psychometric assessment. They get their hands on the work.
First verified Carrot supplier, first B2B introduction, first supermarket approach. KPI review with Captain. Equity milestone unlocked. Full general status confirmed.

Generals begin Month 1 research. They access VMT doctrine, SDV hub, fee dynamics, and start their free courses. Sovereign monitors via Agent Tracker Hub.
Gallery Pipeline opens. Generals claim jobs. First SDV verifications assisted. VMT trades logged. KPI submissions begin.
Client targets. First Carrot suppliers landed. First B2B introductions. Equity milestone reviews. Full general confirmation for those who hit their KPIs.
