The Proof Stack Doctrine

Six proof products. One Truth Ledger. Sealed differently than every rival on the market.

§1 · Why This Document Exists

The CircularOS portfolio is no longer a single product. The launch of the ESG Block (£450/t) on 02 May 2026 — bundled with auto-generated Circularity Deed, ESG report, 40 VMR meals, and dPRN wrapper — created a constellation of related proof products. This document seals the relationship.

Six products. One Truth Ledger. Bought together as a stack — or sold as individual slices. Either way, same seal · same trust. This MD is the canonical reference for what each product is, how they interlock, and how they differ from every rival on the market.

§2 · The Six Products

Each product is its own page, its own form, its own ledger row. But they all converge in the Truth Ledger.

§3 · The Interlock — How They Lock Together

The six products share three common rails: SHA-256 sealing, Truth Ledger anchoring, and the H.BLUE Shadow Layer Network. Buy one slice → the proof carries the same weight as the full stack.

§4 · Pricing Constellation

Every product writes to the same ledger. Every product carries the same SHA-256. But the price tags differ on purpose — pick the layer that fits the buyer.

§5 · The Differentiation — Stack vs Slice

Most ESG vendors sell one slice — a meals pledge, a credit, a report — and rely on the buyer's hope that no auditor checks. CircularOS sells the entire stack, every piece sealed, and we publish the verification URLs.

What rivals do (the slice — typical 40-meal-input pitch)

A "40 meals per tonne" pledge with no per-meal receipt. A carbon-neutral claim with no SHA-256. An ESG report with no verification trail. Credits sold without a named deed. Impact stats with no ledger anchor. "Trust us" with no proof URL.

What we do (the stack — the CircularOS pioneer model)

Every meal has a VMR receipt. Every tonne has a £450 dPRN floor and a named Circularity Deed. Every report aggregates the sealed receipts. Every claim is a clickable, court-admissible URL. The proof is the product — not a footnote in marketing.

§6 · Truth Ledger Routing

Every product writes through the same Shadow Layer Network. The H.BLUE engine surfaces every order, every receipt, every audit into the same intelligence layer that runs the dashboard speedometers and sovereign brain.

§7 · Connected Documents

This MD is the anchor; these are the related sovereign documents.

"We don't promise impact. We seal it. Every meal has a receipt. Every tonne has a deed. Every report has a hash. Every claim has a URL."
