⚙️ THE FOUNDING MECHANIC — THE MOST IMPORTANT THING BUILT TODAY

The /dividend-shares page was rewritten from scratch. The previous version used "toll" and "gate fee" language. The correct model: processing fees — £60/tonne for the best material, £260/tonne for the worst. The processing fee tier automatically gates the dividend share tier. Better material = lower fee + higher dividend. Both levers move in the processor's favour simultaneously.

This is not a new idea. It was designed in the early days of CircularOS and remained structurally intact. Build #151 confirmed it, documented it (MD-865), and deployed it with a live calculator, 6-step money flow, and copy-paste printable statement.
