How to move through the system. The official pathway, the Founder pathway, the pathway for your people — and what every button actually does when you press it.
§1 · THE OFFICIAL PATHWAY · THE ONE CANONICAL ROUTE
This is the route the system was designed around. Everything else is a shortcut or a variation. If you follow this exactly, the pipeline agent does its job, every log gets written, every stage count updates on the Watch page, and the Founder sees the full journey in real time.

Share the Psychographic Test link
The test is public and shareable — no login required. Send /psychographic-test to anyone you want in the pipeline. They answer questions about how they work, how they lead, what drives them. The system calculates their archetype: Commander · Operator · Builder · Connector. This is Stage 1.
Once the archetype is assigned, the pipeline agent surfaces the matching learning path. Learn to Earn is where most people start — it connects real income to real modules. Overstand University takes them deeper into circular economy fundamentals. FullLoop Learning gives them the full curriculum. Each completion is logged. When enough is logged, Stage 3 opens.
Learning done. The agent reads the completed modules, reads the archetype, and surfaces the jobs that fit. The Jobs Forge is the active marketplace — it shows available roles ready to be claimed. The Job Filter lets the candidate narrow by category or entity. The agent bounces them here automatically once Stage 2 is complete.
One click on the Staff Board claims the role. The system writes it to staffing_claims. The agent logs a CLAIM event to the intelligence log. The Agent Watch updates Stage 4. The Founder sees it happen. The operator is now active in the circular economy — earning, contributing, sovereign.

§2 · YOUR PATHWAY · HOW THE FOUNDER NAVIGATES
You are not in the pipeline — you are watching it. Your route through the system is about oversight, deployment, and decision-making. Here is how you actually move through this day to day.
🌅 Morning: Dashboard → Jobs Hub

Log in. The dashboard shows the Jobs banner — live stat tiles across the top. The number on each tile tells you what's happening without going anywhere. If something needs attention, press the relevant tile and it takes you there. For the full personal view, press MY SOVEREIGN JOBS HUB from the dashboard or go direct to /sovereign-jobs-hub.
From the Jobs Hub, press WATCH THE AGENT. Or go direct to /sovereign-agent-watch. The monitor shows you 8 KPI tiles — how many people are at each stage right now, how many events happened today, how many jobs are live. Below that are 4 stage cards. Each card shows the people currently at that stage and their recent activity. The event feed on the left runs live — every action the pipeline takes is logged here in reverse order.
The Staff Board shows every job — claimed, unclaimed, active. Press OPEN STAFF BOARD from the dashboard banner (that big button top-right of the Jobs section). One click. The board filters, searches, and shows claimed roles. This is your clearest view of what's filled and what's still open.
When you want to see how the matching actually works — or run it manually against a specific person or job — go to /sovereign-pipeline-agent. This is the engine room. It shows all six scoring dimensions (Priority · Skill Fit · Decay · Location · Capacity · Archetype) and lets you run a live match. §3 · YOUR PEOPLE PATHWAY · HOW YOU SEND SOMEONE THROUGH
When you want to bring someone into the system — whether that's a Red Team general, a new operator, or a member of the public — this is the exact sequence to give them.

Send them the public psychographic test

No login. No sign-up. They just take the test. It takes about 3–5 minutes. When they submit, they get their archetype result. The system logs their submission internally. You will see it appear on the Agent Watch monitor under Stage 1.
After the test, the result page should point them forward. Direct them here depending on who they are:
General public / new operator: Send to /learn-to-earn — start earning while learning. Red Team member: Send to /red-team-hub — the mini widget there links them into learning and the forge. Digital Army applicant: Send to /digital-army-hub — 144 active DA jobs visible immediately. Someone with no experience: Send to /wakey-wakey — it's the gentlest on-ramp, designed for people starting from zero.
You don't need to chase them. Open /sovereign-agent-watch and watch the feed. You will see LEARNING events appear as they complete modules. When they are ready for a job the stage count on Stage 3 goes up. When they claim, Stage 4 updates. Every action is timestamped and visible to you. If something stalls, you know exactly where they got stuck.
Once they have claimed a role you can see it on the Staff Board. The board shows who holds what. This is your confirmation that the pipeline delivered — the person went from nothing to a claimed sovereign role. That is the system working exactly as designed.

Shows all 2,058 jobs. You can filter, search, and see claimed vs unclaimed. This is the final destination of the pipeline — where operators go to claim a role. One click from the dashboard banner. The most important single button in the system.
👁 WATCH THE AGENT
Goes to /sovereign-agent-watch
Opens the Founder's live monitor. 8 KPI tiles, 4 stage cards, full event feed. Everything the pipeline does is recorded and shown here. This is the Founder's view — not the operator's. Refreshes automatically every 10–15 seconds.

The engine room. Shows the six scoring dimensions, lets you run a live match, and shows what the agent is thinking. Use this when you want to understand why someone was matched to a specific role, or run a manual match outside of the automatic flow.

The entry gate. Public version requires no login — shareable to anyone. Internal version is for your Red Team and generals. The result assigns an archetype which the agent uses to route the person through the rest of the pipeline.

Stage 2 of the pipeline. Shows the income-bearing learning modules matched to the candidate's archetype. Completions are logged and move the person toward Stage 3. The Grant Pathway is accessible from here — funding available for qualifying learners.

This set of buttons sends the pipeline to specific destinations: Red Team Hub, Gallery Pipeline, Digital Army, University, Entity Hub, or the public Psych Test. Pressing them just navigates to those pages — the mini widget is already embedded on Red Team Hub and Gallery Pipeline, so those audiences are already connected. Use this panel to jump quickly to any destination for direct management.

This is where the Founder starts — not the Staff Board (that's for operators), not the Agent (that's the engine) — this is the overview page that shows you the full picture and lets you go anywhere in one click.
§5 · ALTERNATIVE ENTRY POINTS · OTHER WAYS IN
The official pathway is Psych → Learning → Forge → Claim. But there are several valid alternative entry points depending on where someone is starting from. These all feed into the same pipeline — they just join at a different stage.
🔴 Via Red Team Hub
The mini widget at the top of /red-team-hub shows the live pipeline stats and links directly to the Staff Board, Pipeline Agent, Learn to Earn, and Jobs Forge. Red Team members hit this page daily — the widget is their shortcut into the jobs system without breaking their workflow.
The gallery at /red-gallery-pipeline shows all jobs in the pipeline filtered by General lane. The mini widget at the top gives the live stats and links out. Generals use this to see their lane's jobs and claim or delegate. It's Stage 3 access without going through Stages 1 and 2 first.
Someone applying specifically for Digital Army roles can skip the general pipeline and enter at /digital-army-hub. 144 DA-specific jobs are visible immediately. From there they can go to DA Briefing to understand the role, then claim. The DA pathway is faster — it's for people who already know their lane.
For people starting from absolute zero — no skills, no confidence, no plan. Wakey Wakey at /wakey-wakey is the softest on-ramp in the system. It talks to them in plain language, introduces the concept of sovereign work, and guides them toward the psychographic test as the natural first step.
Someone who wants to browse the full register of 1,714 sovereign jobs before committing. The Job Book at /job-book is a read-only reference — they can find a role they want, then navigate to the Staff Board to claim it. This is the research pathway: browse first, claim second.
Someone who knows exactly what they want but needs to narrow down the options. The Sovereign Job Filter at /sovereign-job-filter lets them filter by category, entity, and location. This is the power-user direct entry — they go straight to Stage 3 and find the specific role they want.
