Every journey starts here. The psychographic test asks a series of questions designed to reveal the candidate's natural operating style. The agent reads the scores and assigns an archetype: Commander · Operator · Builder · Connector. This archetype is not a label — it is a routing key. It determines which learning path opens, which job categories surface, and which roles are prioritised in the Forge.
The agent takes the archetype result and opens the matching learning pathway. Learn to Earn connects the candidate to income-bearing modules. Overstand University provides certification. FullLoop Learning delivers the circular economy curriculum. The Grant Pathway surfaces available funding. Every completion is logged. Every log moves the candidate closer to Stage 3.
The pipeline agent surfaces the jobs that match the candidate's archetype, completed modules, and capacity. The Jobs Forge is the active marketplace where roles sit waiting. The Job Filter lets the candidate narrow by category, location, entity, or general. The Sovereign Job Filter delivers advanced matching. Once the right role appears, Stage 4 is one click away.
The candidate claims their role. The system records it in staffing_claims. The hblue_intel_log writes a CLAIM event. The Staff Board updates. The Sovereign Pipeline Agent (MD-474) is the engine that drives people through the pipeline. It doesn't wait — it reads every intake, assigns every archetype, surfaces every match, and logs every action. It is wired into the hblue_intel_log (category = 'staffing') and the staffing_claims table.
