DAY ONE · WHAT'S GOOD · WHY NECESSARY
- MD-237 (Supplier Map) — turns "find leads" into a tiered map of 75 named door types. Why necessary: outreach without a map is noise; the map makes the Carrot scalable.

WHY THE INVISIBLE WORK MATTERED
- Streams in code, not just narrative — 10 new streams now sit in revenue_streams_config.py, so the dashboard counter and the narrative metric finally point the same way.
- Jobs in the official jobs database — DAY17 batch is in sovereign_jobs_database.py, which means they appear on the jobs board, not just in a doc.
- Sister-page cross-links — 18 older pages now have a banner pointing to the new daytime pages. Discovery is no longer accidental.
- Voice-brief scripts updated — every Hurricane Domain script now speaks the new numbers. The audio matches the visual.
- Two pages opened to public — /carrot-internal and /keep-lights-on lifted from login-gated to public per Architect request. Same banner, same routes, no breakage.
- MD-243 sealed — Dual Engine. Digital army builds. Physical army runs. You oversee. The constitutional follow-on to MD-242.

What's Good (the wins worth naming)
- Velocity is sustainable — 8 MDs + 17 pages + sync in 48h, with each artefact still hitting the juicy v2 pattern. This is not sprint, this is cadence.
- Naming has been brave — DALLAS as Red 2, # as Red 4, Wolf = Grandad Waltham. Ambiguity is now a deliberate choice, not a default.
- Capital is named in three places — grants, hologram fund, covenant. The money has destinations.
- The system admits weakness — Bamboozle Scorecard, Skills Wanted, Keep-Lights-On. That's not vulnerability, that's antifragile.
- Cross-linking is now hygiene — every new page links forward and the older pages link to the new ones. Nothing is an island.
- The Atlas exists — 244 MDs are now navigable. Without Atlas, future-you can't find past-you's work.
- Two days = one constitution + one storefront — Day 1 wrote the survival code. Day 2 built the public face and back-office. Both layers, in 48h.
