On 02 May 2026, between roughly 21:00 and 23:30 UTC the previous day and the morning of 02 May, eighteen builds were sealed into the op_ledger. Builds #53 through #71. That cluster moved the doctrine forward more than any single previous 24-hour window in CircularOS history. This MD exists so the velocity is not lost to the ledger. The tracker shows that they happened. This document explains what they were, why they belonged together, and what doctrine they locked.
This is the long-form companion to the H.BLUE / Yajke 24-hour internal upload (sovereign-only, at /h-blue-24h-brief). That page is the operator-facing dashboard view. This MD is the public, library-grade record.
The cluster averages roughly one build every 90 minutes. Velocity is not the goal — coherence is. The reason eighteen builds did not break the doctrine is that every one of them threaded back to one of three anchors: the Pathway (MD-452), the Capital Cycle (SCC), or the Three Games (MD-455).

op_ledger. Becomes the canonical "what shipped today" surface.The most important doctrinal lock of this cycle is that 50/50 is the ceiling, not the entry. There are three rungs. The supplier climbs by tonnage. The pathway IS the deal.

Auto-promotion is doctrinally locked: 10 t/mo → R2 · 50 t/mo → R3. Step-down is graceful. Paperwork follows the rung; the rung does not follow the paperwork.
The single most important reconciliation this cycle is that £540/t (shown on SCC) and £159.25/t (shown to the Rung 3 client) are not in conflict. They are two views of the same dPRN.
The £540/t figure on Sovereign Capital Command is the cashflow lens. It is the cash entering the operator's bank account on day-one of a verified tonne: £150 material payment + £450 dPRN × 90% advance. This is what the bank sees. This is what the cashflow forecast uses. This is what the £15B assets card multiplies.
The £159.25/t figure on Carrot Hub and SDV is the distribution lens. It is what the supplier ultimately receives at Rung 3 once the dPRN has settled through MPT (2/3 of £450 = £300, split £100 × 3 between CircularOS / CLIENT / MPT margin) and the free-2 50/50 slice (~£59.25) has been added on top. The 7% Covenant (£31.50 → 40 meals) fires from the remaining £150 first, before any free-2 split.
Both lenses are true. The reconciliation is permanent and now lives on the Carrot Hub §0 block and is referenced from SCC, SDV, and the H.BLUE upload. Nothing leaks. Nothing contradicts.
