Every tonne of plastic diverted from landfill generates measurable social impact. The 100/90 Pledge converts material flow into meals: 100 meals for 90 days, repeatable and verified.
Direct partnerships with farms and packhouses to redirect surplus produce into community meal programs. The Farm Portal tracks harvest stream data, quality metrics, and distribution logistics.
The "Store Backdoor" model captures surplus food from supermarket operations. Phase 1 targets one Tesco superstore for proof-of-concept, scaling to full estate integration.
"Mr. & Mrs. Drop-Off" bins deployed across Smethwick (3), West Midlands (4), London (3). Each bin captures material data and distributes Blue Soil tokens to participants. Target: 5,000-10,000 active users, 50-80 tonnes collected.
