Each protocol is a verified, repeatable process that converts material flow into economic value. The 60 protocols span verification, compliance, social impact, financial engineering, and governance.

The target yield of £1,000 per tonne is achieved by stacking five revenue layers on every tonne of material processed:

• ▸ EV Premium: £100/tonne (clean transport verification)
• ▸ Data Intelligence: £150/tonne (material flow analytics)
• ▸ Social Impact Premium: £100/tonne (meal conversion, job creation)

The social premium is unique to CircularOS. For every 1 dPRN minted (1 tonne), the system converts surplus value into 40 meals through the Waste-to-Plates initiative. This creates a 1:40 dPRN-to-meals ratio that no competitor can replicate because it requires the entire sovereign infrastructure.
