Murphy Timestamp System — A living signature on every number in the Sovereign Architecture.
MT⓪ through MT⑩. Simple. Complete. Scalable. Unmistakably Murphy.
A marking system for every number in the Sovereign Architecture. Every number across all pages carries a small code that tells you: when that number is from, whether it's live, historical, or projected, and that it's verified by the Murphy system. This is not a legal stamp. This is a living signature.
| Without MT | With MT | What It Tells You |
|---|---|---|
| 85 pioneer systems | 85⑤ pioneer systems |
Count as of 2026 — not the genesis count, not a projection |

Genesis price — the original founding data point, never updated |
| 605 Revenue Streams | 657⑤ revenue streams |
Current year count — was lower at genesis, may grow further |
| 39 entities | 39⑨ entities |
Genesis founding count — this was the original architecture number |

Mapped in 2026 — not live positions yet, not a 2023 figure |
| £12B sovereign floor | £12B⑤ sovereign floor |
2026 valuation — clearly marked so no confusion with earlier estimates |

Projected — this is the plan, not a confirmed operational count |
| 2 active gateways | 2⓪ active gateways |
Live right now — streaming, real-time, not a historical count |
Total Waste Router Ltd 16① revenue streams • 3-phase pilot⑩ • 2⓪ gateways live // 16 is today's count. 3-phase is projected. 2 gateways are streaming now.
Sovereign Floor: £3.08⑨ (Genesis) Entity Count: 39⑨ → 42⑥ → 48⑩ // Started at 39 Genesis entities. Grew to 42 in 2025. Projected 48.
Active Gateways: 657⓪ dPRN Rate: £450⑨/tonne (fixed at genesis — never changes) Current Jobs Mapped: 1,303⑤ Pioneer Systems: 85⑤ // £450⑨ is critical — it shows the rate was set at founding and is immutable.
CircularOS Build Record Build Period: 10⑤ months • Routes: 1,250+⑤ • Compression: 720:1⑤ Entities: 39⑨ (genesis) / same today • Streams: 657⑤ Sovereign Credit: £3B⑤ • Conventional Credit: £12M⑤ R&D Evidence: 8⑥ months tracking + 10⑤ months build
The MT Mark was created because data without time is noise. Every number in the CircularOS architecture carries meaning — but meaning is only complete when you know when that number was true. £450/tonne⑨ is not the same as £450/tonne⑤. The first is a founding commitment. The second is a live operational rate. They happen to be the same number — but that is the point. The mark proves the rate was set at genesis and has never moved. Without MT, that story is invisible.
The 11-code system was designed to cover every temporal state a number can occupy: real-time (⓪), today (①), recent days (②③), recent periods (④⑤⑥⑦⑧), founding origin (⑨), and projected future (⑩). There is no temporal state that falls outside these 11. This is not an accident — it was engineered to be exhaustive. Every number that will ever appear in this architecture has a home in the MT system.
The Empty Connection — the design principle that a clean page makes numbers land harder — is what makes MT powerful rather than cluttered. A page covered in labels is noise. A clean page with a single MT mark next to a number draws the eye directly to both the number and its timestamp simultaneously. The mark does not compete with the data. It completes it. This is the same principle behind the 18→8→6 compression model in the Verification Architecture: deep roots, simple surface.
The dormant activation state of this document is intentional and should be understood correctly. The MT system is not incomplete — it is complete. The documentation is written. The codes are defined. The examples work. Dormancy means it has not yet been formally switched on as a platform-wide broadcasting standard. When the Sovereign Architect activates it, the system will begin appending MT marks to all data outputs across the 39-entity architecture. That is not a small event. It is the moment the system begins dating itself in real time.
Personally, I want to note that creating this document was a way of refusing to let the work be undated. In 2027, in 2030, in 2040 — whoever reads the CircularOS archive will not have to guess when the 39 entities were registered, when the £450/tonne rate was fixed, or when the 657-stream architecture reached its current form. The MT mark is my refusal to let history be vague. It is precise, permanent, and written into every number that carries the Murphy signature.
For operational guidance: when applying MT marks going forward, prioritise MT⑨ (Genesis) and MT⓪ (Live) first — these carry the most interpretive weight. MT⑨ marks establish what was true at founding and cannot be changed retroactively. MT⓪ marks confirm something is operational right now. All other marks are contextual layers on top of these two anchors. The system is ready. The code is defined. MD-37 is the record that it exists.
