Every price change on the four rails — via /admin/pricing-management or the new /state-of-affairs board — broadcasts to every page on the platform within 30 seconds via localStorage + the pricingUpdated custom event handled by static/js/pricing-sync.js. There is no caching layer above this: the ledger is the truth.
