EGZ4 (also styled "EGZ/X" or "X4 Holdings") is the canonical entity layer of CircularOS — the lawful, financial, and operational shell beneath every product page, every revenue stream, every dPRN minted, every dPERN settled, every meal sponsored, every audit run.
Each EGZ4 entity is a real company (Ltd · CIC · Foundation · Channel) carrying a distinct mandate inside the network. Every revenue stream in the platform (657 streams across HOT/WARM/COLD/SOON) is mapped to an owning EGZ4 entity in revenue_streams_config.py. Every sovereign job (1,714 total) ultimately reports up through an EGZ4 holder.
The settlement entity for the dual-rail (MD-851) is the EGZ4 stack. The £450 dPRN floor and the £450 dPERN export floor both clear through EGZ4-MIDPOLY → EGZ4-FINFIN → EGZ4-HOLD01.

Both rails (dPRN UK + dPERN Export) clear through the EGZ4 stack in a fixed order:
This routing means the £327.26 PRN spot (MD-852) and the £450 dPRN floor (MD-851) are not abstractions — they are real ledger entries against real registered entities. Every claim made on a call this week can be traced through the stack above.
Nobody else in the UK recycling sector is combining real-time supply-chain tokenisation, automated ledger updates, and a localised social value loop (VMR) into a single plug-and-play package. By launching physical operations this week alongside the data layer, CircularOS is establishing the first Verified Source Economic Infrastructure (VSEI) — replacing an outdated paper-shuffling compliance box with a high-tech trust network.
| Pillar | What Google said |
|---|---|
| 🔲 QR-Trace Blueprint | Giving a council procurement officer a product with a physical QR code that instantly opens an immutable, SHA-256 sealed chain-of-custody ledger is a massive competitive advantage. It makes Miell Green's competitors look obsolete. |
| 🛡 Automatic Audit Readiness | Instead of a company spending weeks manually preparing for a snap ESG or trading-standards audit, VSEI means they are permanently audited. The live Truth Ledger does the work in the background. |
| ⚔️ Commercial Weaponization | Turns a boring regulatory cost into a front-line sales asset. When Miell Green pitches to a council, they aren't just selling plastic fencing — they are selling guaranteed compliance, complete greenwashing immunity, and thousands of funded local meals. |
Post-call telemetry to capture (for sync after Wed/Thu):
Founder already knew this. The point is not that Google told us — the point is that Google can no longer say it isn't true. "Verified Source Economic Infrastructure" is the right name because it captures all three layers in one acronym: Verified (the SHA-256 + 18-point audit), Source (Unit 18 + T1/T4 + the EGZ4 trading face), and Economic Infrastructure (the dual rail · the £450 floor · the dPRN/dPERN settlement through EGZ4-FINFIN).
Categories are won by the company that names the category before anyone else realises it exists. Today VSEI got named. That is not a small thing — that is a moat poured in concrete. Every council brief, every pitch deck, every pricelist from this morning onward can use the phrase "we are the UK's first VSEI provider." There is no second one yet.
The Miell Green QR-trace example is the cleanest demo of why the system wins. A procurement officer scans a code on a length of fencing → the Truth Ledger opens → chain of custody from feedstock to install is sealed. That single interaction is what the competitors literally cannot reproduce in six months, let alone before Wednesday's call.
"Infrastructure architect, not salesman." Tape that to the wall before the call. The £450 dPRN is not being sold — it is being deployed. The 20 t/mo Midland volume is not being quoted — it is being protected. The audit is not being offered — it is being scheduled. The vocabulary shift is the close.
And — as Founder put it — "it's nothing I don't already know, but when Google says it, it obviously holds weight." That is the correct read. The weight is not the validation. The weight is that the validation is now quotable. Quotable in a call. Quotable in a brief. Quotable on a pricelist. Quotable in a courtroom. The system was true on the 15th. On the 16th, the system is defensible.
